Franklin Construction, Inc. has been in business for over 45 years as a Class “A” licensed general engineering contractor located in Chico, California. We hold contractor licenses in California and Nevada.

Franklin Construction performs many types of construction activities acting as a general contractor and/or subcontractor on both public and private works projects. Our scope of work includes but is not limited to clearing & demolition, earthmoving & grading, asphalt paving, and chip sealing. We perform these types of work in several industries and markets; private, commercial, agricultural, industrial, schools, single and multi-family residential, and for various public works agencies—from small towns to state and federal agencies.

Our aggregate operations consist of three aggregate quarries, a aggregate recycling facility, and an asphalt plant. Materials from these sources serve Butte, Tehama, Glenn, Colusa, Sutter, and Yuba counties.
